Jadie's Birdnest warrants that at the time of purchase, the bird(s) sold are disease free and in good health. The buyer is encouraged to have the bird(s) examined by a qualified avian veterinarian of his/her choice within 5 days of purchase. If during this 5 day period, the bird(s) are found to have a medical condition or disease that impacts their health or well being as determined by the examining avian veterinarian, Jadie's Birdnest agrees at it's discretion, to either refund to the buyer, the purchase price or to replace the bird(s) of the same species, sex (if known) and age - or bird(s) of equal/lesser value, if so agreed by the buyer.

**Guarantee is void if proper quarantine procedures are not followed**

We require a written statement from the qualified avian vet dated within 5 days of purchase before refund/replacement can be considered.

DNA sexing is available for an additional $25.00 charge.

A Non-Refundable deposit is required to reserve a bird(s), your bird(s)s will be held until weaned. Jadie's Birdnest will call and/or email you when your bird is weaned and ready to go. If you can not pick up your bird when he is ready, arrangements must be made with Jadie's Birdnest.

We accept payment in the form of Cash, Check, Money order and Paypal (with 3% fee).
